Harold has 32 years experience in the heating and cooling industry. He received his certification as a Master Technician after successfully completing numerous training programs. Harold is known as a friendly man who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are comfortable.
Mackenzie “Mac” Rinier | Service and Delivery
Mac is gold-certified by the National Oil-Heat Research Alliance as an oil-heat technician and is also certified as a technician for refrigerant for air conditioning systems. Mac enjoys working with new technology and is happy to recommend ways to save energy.
Fred Rider | Delivery & Customer Relations
Fred joined Shelly Oil Co. In 2005, first as a delivery driver. Fred has taken on many responsibilities, including oversight of daily business operations. He also enjoys creating our parade floats and our popular games for promotional events. Fred is happy to address questions or concerns you have regarding delivery or service.
Tammy Strickler | Office Administrator/Dispatcher
Tammy joined the business as part time clerk and one month later assumed full time duty and responsibility for the office. Tammy knows the customers, knows the delivery routes, and knows the procedures to serve the customers.
Rhoda K. Lauver | Behind the Scenes
Rhoda became an owner of Shelly Oil in 1993. Prior to that she assisted in establishing record keeping procedures for automatic delivery and customer accounts. A full time Certified Public Accountant, she keeps up with all the changes in the various taxes, laws, and regulations. When your furnace breaks down at 2 am, Rhoda will answer the phone and explain simple trouble shooting and call for emergency service or delivery, if needed.
