Payment Options
Budget Plan
Budget plans give you 11 equal monthly payments to cover the cost of your home oil heating fuel. You avoid the inconvenience of having to pay for most of your heating oil expense in December, January, and February, just when you want money for the holidays.
Budget payment plans start in June and allow May, if needed, to make up any difference. If winter has been kind, no payment is required in May - save for your summer vacation. Because you begin paying in June for the coming season, you receive our best cash price and avoid a big balance due.
You may have your service contract or an estimated amount for service included in your budget calculation.

Credit
With your good credit, Shelly Oil Co. gives you 30 days to pay for a delivery.
Cash Discounts
With approved credit, you have 10 days from the date of the delivery to pay for your delivery and receive a discount for cash payment of $.05 per gallon.
Cash On Delivery
Until your credit has been approved you can pay in advance by cash, credit card or automatic debit. You will receive our discounted cash price.
Automatic Debit
Complete application to have payment for services and delivery automatically deducted from your bank account.
Credit Cards
You may choose the convenience of paying by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Price Protection Plan
Would you like to purchase your oil in summer to avoid the possibility of price spikes over the heating season, but you only have a 275 gallon tank?
Option 1: Prepayment - One-time payment. No fee.
Option 2: Budget - Monthly payments with insurance fee.
Our price protection plan gives you protection if prices escalate significantly, without the risk of losing if prices fall. With price protection, you get the best deal whether prices rise or fall. We guarantee you will not pay higher than the guaranteed price, but if our cash price is lower, you pay the lower price!!!
Service Contracts
Are you concerned about the possibility of a huge bill for an expensive part that goes bad? Don't worry anymore. Shelly Oil Co. offers service contracts to avoid the unexpected, unbudgeted cost of repairs, in the event of equipment problems.
Financing

LIHEAP
The LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) is a federally funded program that provides support to needy low-income households for utility bill payments. Federal funds are distributed to each state and the individual states then administer the program and funds distribution. LIHEAP pays partial energy bills for eligible families.
